We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

PRIVACY

Personal Details - Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Pony Rider.

SECURITY

Pony Rider does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor SECURE PAY. SECURE PAY is linked to our banks merchant account.

PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Pony Rider reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Anyone purchasing outside of Austrlalia will not be charged GST. The 10% GST fee will be discounted at checkout.

ORDERING

There are several options available to you when it comes to ordering.

Option 1 - Ordering Online
This is the most popular and efficient way to order. Once you have made your selection, simply proceed through our checkout steps, where your payment will be transacted instantly upon clicking the MAKE PAYMENT button. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transferred through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by E-Gate.

After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Option 2 - Email
Orders can be submitted via email. Simply info@ponyrider.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and direct deposit. For these options, you will need to info@ponyrider.com.au to proceed. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS

From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.

Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Pony Rider we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Special Holiday Shipping Dates
• International northern hemisphere - Last orders 5th December
• 
International southern hemishere - Last orders 8th December
• Western Australia - Last orders 15th December
• Eastern Australia - Last orders 16th December 

Shipping within Australia

• Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
• Flat rate of $9 shipping is charged on all orders.
• Order are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.

Shipping Internationally

• Orders will be dispatched within 5 workings days of placement.
• Order are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier
• Generally orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.

International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis. Please info@ponyrider.com.au for a quote.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pony Rider would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or full refund ex shipping costs.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RA#  number will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund.

Step 1

Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2

Contact Pony Rider – info@ponyrider.com.au or phone 0409 905 356 to get a Return Authority Number (RA#).

Step 3

Choose the new item/s, which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.

 

Step 4

Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded, mark the RA# on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.

CARE & MAINTENENCE

All our products are made from 100% Cotton Linen. Please take care of your product by washing in cold water with gentle cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals because they are subject to fading the product. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and always leave product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. Where possible avoid hanging your product as this may warp the shape. All our prints have been heat-sealed but may be subject to bleed on the first wash so we recommend that you hand wash your first wash. It is imperative that you follow our care and maintenance instructions for the best longevity of our product.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Pony Rider product is hand screen printed and hand sewn. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us email and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.

DUTIES AND TAXES

At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, GST will be included in the purchase price. Items shipped overseas will be exclusive of GST. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. As Pony Rider is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, Pony Rider will contact you prior to order dispatch. Please respond to this e-mail promptly to ensure a timely dispatch of your order.

MISPLACED ORDERS

If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us on email and we will track it for you.

PONY RIDER: SUBSCRIBE + WIN

Your participation in this Competition constitutes your deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

1.     Entry is only open to residents in Australia.

2.     In order to constitute a valid entry into the Competition, entrants must subscribe to the ponyrider.com.au newsletter within the allocated competition time frame via the ponyrider.com.au website; entrants must supply a valid email address when subscribing to the newsletter.

3.     Entry to the Competition is limited to one entry per subscriber.

4.     Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

5.     The Competition commences on Tuesday 14 June at 8pm AEST and the closing date for receiving entries into the Competition is Tuesday 8pm 21 June at 12noon AEST. 

6.     The prize draw will take place at the Pony Rider office at 1pm AEST on Tuesday 21 June 2016. Pony Riders office is located at 14A Tengah Crescent, Mona Vale NSW 2103.

7.     The prize winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 21 June September 2015. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8.     Picked at random, the winning entry drawn will win The Pony Rider ‘Sunset Stripe’ towel n valued at approximately $89 RRP. 

9.     The prize winner will be advised on how a prize may be delivered and/or collected.

10.  Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this Competition or win the prize.
