MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Pony Rider mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Pony Rider (“Pony Rider”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Pony Rider’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pony Rider through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Pony Rider. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Pony Rider or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Pony Rider mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

ORDERING

Online via our secure 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by Stripe.

Via Email - Contact customerservice@ponyrider.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway Stripe, or with Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Afterpay is available to Australian and New Zealand Residents. 

For any bulk orders or wholesale/trade/boutique orders we accept credit card, money orders, and direct deposit, however you will need to contact us at customerservice@ponyrider.com.au for processing. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

CURRENCY

All prices shown on ponyrider.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD). A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown. 

If purchasing from New Zealand or United States you will be shown in local currency. Anyone else purchasing outside of Australia will be charged in AUD. No international purchases will be charged GST. The 10% GST fee will be discounted at checkout.

PRICES & IMAGERY

Pony Rider reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, Pony Rider reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.

Pony Rider makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, make and general product descriptions. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying size, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on talent we cannot guarantee they will fit exactly the same, as each individual treats each individual piece differently.

AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS

From time-to-time products that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund or discuss placing the item on backorder for you or offering you a suitable alternative.

Some items listed on the site may be special order items. If this is the case you will be contacted within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point, you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel to receive a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL
  • Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of placement.
  • International shipping is charged at a tiered flat rate based on weight.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post - Registered Post International.
  • Generally, orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
BULKY ITEMS

Field Tripper seats, Chill Out Mat, Namaste Meditation Mats, Yoga Bolsters and SWAG x Quilts are considered bulky items. These items will incur a higher shipping rate as they are based on weight either over 10kg or when size dimensions override weight.

RETURNS

We happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for any item purchased from the Pony Rider online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Pony Rider reserves the right to reject any items returned that do not comply with our returns policy and may return the item to the sender.

For the return of full-priced items customers are eligible for either an exchange, refund or credit voucher. Pony Rider does not accept returns for sale items. Pony Rider does not accept returns on New Zealand and International orders. Pony Rider store locations cannot process online returns.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at customerservice@ponyrider.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or exchanged. Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged on receipt. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Pony Rider reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. 

Pony Rider product is hand screen printed and hand sewn. Many of our materials are upcycled and may include slight markings or variations. Pony Riders recycled truck canvas products are handmade and washed, each one will have its own quirks and character, which may also vary slightly from the image shown on the website.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.

To avoid any unnecessary damage to products please take care when unwrapping and leave all tags attached until you are happy with your purchase. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@ponyrider.com.au Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

All our products are made from 100% Cotton, Linen or Canvas. Please take care of your product by washing in cold water with gentle cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals because they are subject to fading the product. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and always leave the product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. Where possible avoid hanging your product as this may warp the shape. All our prints have been heat-sealed but may be subject to bleed on the first wash so we recommend that you hand wash your first wash. It is imperative that you follow our care and maintenance instructions for the best longevity of our product.

SALE, BUNDLES & DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or refunds on any product that has been on sale or marked down, unless faulty or damaged. 

DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Pony Rider offers promotional discounts in the form of discount or coupon codes. Terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. To apply a coupon or discount code, the code must be applied at checkout. Pony Rider is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively.

SALE SHIPPING

Due to the high amount of orders we receive during a sale / bundle period, it may take longer than normal to ship your products. It may take anywhere between 3-8 business days for your package to leave our warehouse. Please be aware of this delay in receiving your goods when you place an order during a sale or bundle period. Express shipping is unavailable during sales periods. FREE shipping is not valid during sale periods.

CUSHION INNERS / INSERTS

Cushion inners / inserts are never included in any sale or bundle offers.
