General

YES, this event is over 18 years event. Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by e-ticket holders or on-demand. Any minor under 18 cannot enter in accord with the Liquor Act.

You can transfer your ticket to a friend - we will go ahead rain, hail or shine! - Should we have a fire season the event will be postponed to an alternate date next March. We do not offer refunds on tickets - we expect that you can make the new date.

Your good vibes and friendly attitude, along with essentials such as footwear, clothing, sunscreen, water and  bottle to stay hydrated, toiletries and any safety gear you need to support your activities. Your personal safety is important to us , so staying hydrated, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, and being prepared for changing weather conditions is a must.

There will be one large self-serve water station to refill water bottles. Amenities block will be available on site.

Please leave your eskies and alcohol at home. We have food trucks you will love for grazing, dinner and breakfast. GF options are also available, and as a licensed venue, alcohol is available to purchase.

There are a few bins available, but the event promotes eco-responsible values, ​​and everyone is responsible for leaving their site clean when leaving. Leave No Trace.

GLASS, ALCOHOL, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or any item the Event organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. It is a condition of entry to the Event that a search of your person and/or your possessions and motor vehicle be required at the time of entry to the venue. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the Event, without refund. All bags/containers will be subject to a full search. The festival is licensed – do not bring alcohol with you – any prohibited items found will be confiscated and not returned.

No pets allowed.

Cash and cashless transaction systems will be available at this event. There will be no ATMs at the event.

The event is disability accessible.

Ticketing

Tickets go on sale to the public on the 14th September 2023. If sold out, we may offer a second round - TBC closer to the date.

All ticket purchases are done via our third-party ticket provider Humanitix. Humanitix is the humane event ticketing platform that donates all profits from booking fees to children’s charities. For full conditions of Humanitix terms of use and to purchase tickets click here.

$150 (+ booking fee) event ticket includes –

  • Donation to the W4W Land Buy Back scheme
  • Van Site
  • Festival Entry, Bands + Films, and some free onsite activities
  • Plus, a Merch Bag full of rad stuff – 1 x Wild for Wilderness Event Tote, 1 x Wild Event Trucker Cap, 1 x National Project Bumper Sticker, 1 x Stone and Wood Stubby Holder and 1 x Stone and Wood Bottle Opener.

The ticket price is $150 PER PERSON (+ booking fee), however you will need to book in either a van or tent group. So, get your gang together and BOOK NOW.

Tickets are sold as a package (van site) i.e. 1 purchaser (the organised friend) gets $150 (+ booking fee) from each mate (max 3) and books the van site. Van packages are available in 1 - 4 people packages. Just remember 1 vehicle per site with max 4 people per 4x6m van site. BOOK NOW.

The event is for all types of vans. Vans 20 feet (6 metres) and under will be guided to an allocated van site 6x4m. First in first allocated. Configurations can include two in a van and one/two in a swag, or small tent. Just remember 1 vehicle per site with max 4 people per 6x4m van site

Trailers, RVs, modified buses and tents are not permitted due to size. BOOK NOW.

Glamp packages are sold as a package with tent capacity of 2 - 4 people max. Limited number of these 'Glamp Tent' packages available. $150 event ticket price per person (+ booking fee) will be added to your chosen 'Glamp Tent' package. 

Tents includes:
Single 6m Glamp Tent
Single high density foam mattresses with bottom sheet
Door mat and hardwood entrance deck outside

BYO: Blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, lighting etc.

All glampers will need to park in the designated car park and take a short walk to their allocated tent. Please do NOT bring your own tent to the 'Glamp Tent' site. BOOK NOW.

Food and beverages are not included in ticket prices.  

Additional activities provided by Glenworth Valley are not included in the ticket price and are advised to be pre purchased, i.e., Horse riding, Abseiling, and Canoeing.  We suggest booking activities for between 9-12pm, just so you don't miss any of the planned afternoon festivities.

No. Due to the nature of this event, there is a strong possibility that the festival will be sold out prior and there will be no event tickets on sale at the event.

Phone reception at Glenworth Valley is intermittent, so it is strongly recommended you print or download your ticket prior to arrival. Entry to the festival is by presenting your ticket. Don’t have access to a printer? Take a screenshot of each of your tickets on your phone to present at the gate.

If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of purchase, click the ‘Contact Host’ button on the Humanitix event page, select “Can’t find my ticket/invoice” and fill out the form. We’ll automatically resend the tickets when we locate your order.For full conditions of Humanitix terms of use click here.

All bookings and ticket purchases are only transferable via Humanitix. The ability to reissue (change the name on your ticket) may be available for a nominated fee per ticket, however these services are at the discretion of the event organiser and may be subject to change. To check if either service is available, contact the event organiser. Should ticket reissues be available, they will conclude up to 48 hours prior to the gate opening time unless otherwise specified by the event organiser. The new attendees name, email and date of birth may be required when reissuing a ticket. There will be a maximum of One (1) reissue permitted per ticket unless otherwise specified.

This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

Your Merchandise pack will not be provided if you don’t attend the event unless valid reason is provided in accordance with the event organiser. If the decision is overturned $10 postage fee will be incurred to send out the merchandise pack.

Location

Don't be fooled by the word 'Van', get creative and pack a mattress in the back of the car, we aren't in the business of leaving anyone out!. A limited amount of Glamp Tent  packages will be available to purchase if you don’t have a van.

Van sites and tents are allocated on arrival. You are not able to save spots for friends. If you wish to park near or camp with friends, you must arrive together.

You do not have an unlimited amount of space for your Van setup, for example, four adults attending in one (1) van with one swag or a small two-man tent is deemed reasonable. Please contact the event organiser if you are unsure if your setup is suitable or visit the Wild for Wilderness website where restrictions are outlined. Just remember you need to fit comfortably in a 6x4m space.

Due to limited access to/from the campground and to avoid traffic congestion vehicles will not be allowed to come and go from the campground. If you need to move your vehicle for any reason you will not be able to bring it back inside the campground.

Giveback

Three years ago Pony Rider kicked off our give back program 'The National Project' with the aim to raise funds for our National Parks via various initiatives. This particular event is one we hope y'all get on board to help raise as much money as we can to support a 'Land Buy Back' scheme. A scheme where areas of land are bought back to protect, grow and create new Aussie National Parks. 20% from tickets sales will be donated, along with any additional funds raised during the event

The event organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, and audience capacity. We reserve the right at any time to change the venue of the Event. In the event of a change in venue, we will publish details on the Wild for Wilderness website.

Additional activities provided by Glenworth valley are not included in the ticket price and are advised to be pre purchase, i.e., Horse riding, Abseiling, and Canoeing. We also advise to book them between 9am-12 noon, so you don't miss out on the festival activities from midday. BOOK NOW

Access to the beach/creek is possible from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Inflatable games are prohibited after 7 p.m. (total ban on accessing them under risk of immediate expulsion). Swimming and participating in water activities is at the patron's own risk. There will be no lifeguards on duty.

  • Embark on exciting outdoor activities, explore pristine landscapes, and engage with fellow nature enthusiasts. 
  • Make connections with like-minded individuals passionate about conservation and the environment. 
  • Learn about the importance of nature preservation through informative sessions. Immerse yourself in the unique world of van life and get chatting to your neighbours.

To ensure a harmonious and respectful atmosphere at the festival, please refrain from:

  •  Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards fellow attendees, performers, or staff will not be tolerated.
  • Engaging in illegal activities, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction from the event.
  • Littering, damaging natural surroundings, or failing to respect wildlife is strictly prohibited.
  • Wild For Wilderness is an 18+ event; do not attempt to enter if you are under the legal drinking age.
  • Trading or advertising without prior consent from the event organisers is not allowed.
